Day 01 • 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Discover Your Voice
Find your confidence. Find your voice.
Day One introduces you to your coaches, your team and the FPSC experience. You’ll take part in interactive coaching sessions, communication challenges and activities designed to get you thinking, speaking and connecting.
Then comes The Circle – where all participants come together for spontaneous individual challenges led by the coaches. The day ends with Coffee with Coach, a relaxed opportunity to interact, ask questions and connect beyond the session.

Day 02 • 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Own Your Voice
Put everything into action.
Day Two is about taking what you’ve learned and putting it to the test. Start with the 60-Second Challenge, where you have one minute to make your voice count.
Then work together in the FPSC Team Challenge, combining communication, creativity and teamwork to present or perform in front of the community. We finish with the FPSC Finale – awards, certificates, group photography and a celebration of everything you’ve accomplished.
