The 2-Day Experience

DAY 01 – DISCOVER YOUR VOICE

From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Day One – Discover Your Voice is all about finding your confidence and discovering your voice. The day introduces you to your coaches, your team, and the FPSC experience through interactive coaching sessions, communication challenges, and activities designed to get you thinking, speaking, and connecting. Participants will take part in The Circle, where everyone comes together for spontaneous individual challenges led by the coaches. The experience includes the FPSC Opening, Team Huddle, Coach Sessions & Challenges, Lunch & Networking, The Circle, and ends with Coffee with Coach, offering a relaxed opportunity to interact, ask questions, and connect beyond the session.

DAY 02 – OWN YOUR VOICE

From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Day Two is all about putting everything into action and applying what you've learned. The day begins with a Day One Recap, followed by the 60-Second Challenge, where you have one minute to make your voice count. Participants will then work together in the FPSC Team Challenge, combining communication, creativity, and teamwork to present or perform in front of the community. The experience also includes Lunch & Networking and Coffee with Coach, providing opportunities to connect, share ideas, and learn from others. We finish with the FPSC Finale, featuring awards, certificates, group photography, and a celebration of everything you've accomplished.
